Repairing a private road or parking lot can save thousands of dollars over repaving, but only if done correctly. Our experienced team makes sure to:

2. correctly determine and mark the area that needs replacing, with enough surrounding area to ensure a proper repair
3. remove the damaged area until the surrounding pavement is sound
4. clean out the debris and prepare and repair the subgrade if necessary
5. coat the surfaces of the hole with adhesive to keep the repair pavement in place
6. properly layer the pothole filler, depending upon the depth of the hole, and compacting the fill to ensure proper firmness and smooth transition from repair to pavement
7. seal the repair to prevent moisture damage, chipping and wear.
